Tonight David Tennant is attending the Ultimate Pub Quiz fundraiser for Centrepoint again. Apparently in the celebrity auction (where companies bid to have a celebrity at their table) David was auctioned for £1,600! £10,700 was raised in total by the auction. According to a tweet by Gordon Griffin David Tennant was in a recording studio today. Gordon tweeted "In the studio where I am recording today: Colin Firth & David Tennant. Yesterday Michael Ball & Imelda Staunton. And tomorrow? Can't wait!!"

Fright Night will start being screened on Sky Movies during the week commencing Monday 20th February.

The Sunday episode of the David Tennant narrated Earthflight received the highest Appreciation Index of all television programmes for the week ending Sunday 29th January. It received a very impressive 93!

Both The Stage and the Press Association have the news about David Tennant winning the Best Actor Award. As articles from the Press Association are removed after a while the relevant part was: "David Tennant has been named best actor at the inaugural BBC Audio Drama Awards. David, who hosted the ceremony at BBC Broadcasting House in central London, took the prize for his performance in Radio 3 drama Kafka: The Musical." The article was titled "Tennant wins prize for radio role" and included an older photo of him.

Another photo posted tonight shows David Tennant with Hugh Hughes who wrote Floating.

A scene, voiced by David Tennant, from the new series of Twenty Twelve was shown tonight on The Jonathan Ross show on ITV1 during his interview with Hugh Bonneville. The second series of Twenty Twelve is currently expected to start being broadcast at the end of March.

The transmission all over Britain of the David Tennant narrated documentary Wild About Pandas has been moved from Tuesday 7th to Friday 10th February at 9pm on BBC Two. Scotland will still be able to view it first on Wednesday 1st February.

Today BBC Three starts repeating Series Two (David Tennant's first series) of Doctor Who. It is showing New Earth at 7pm and Tooth and Claw at 7.45pm. The next episodes are shown next Friday and Saturday. Click here for more details.

According to the BBC Radio Drama newsletter David Tennant is recording a new Stephen Wakelam play this week. It is called Waiting For The Boatman and will be broadcast in the Afternoon Play slot on BBC Radio Four sometime in the first half of 2012. See here for more details.

The release date of the movie The Pirates! Band of Misfits has been delayed in the US from the original date of 30th March to 27th April. (This is the movie which is called The Pirates! This afternoon @Peter Lord of Aardman Animations tweeted that in The Pirates! In An Adventure With Scientists movie there is "a great sound effect for David Tennant's character being hit in the face by a seagull!"

Some sad news was announced today as one of the best David Tennant websites DavidTennantFan.com has announced that it is closing after operating for 5 years.

What's On Stage currently have a 30% discount offer on the download of David Tennant's production of Much Ado About Nothing. The offer ends on Monday.

John Downer Productions have added three preview clips of tonight's episode of Earthflight. They are Budgerigars Fly Past Uluru and Form Super Swarms, Buzzard Attacks Pigeon At Mehrangarh Fort and Japanese Cranes Surrounded by Predators.

The Radio Times website has a review of tonight's episode of Earthflight, however they criticise the script David Tennant was given to read for the voice-over.

Today at 8pm on BBC One and on BBC HD is the premiere transmission of episode five of the David Tennant narrated Earthflight. This episode is about Asia and Australia. The Guardian includes the David Tennant narrated Earthflight as one of its Television Highlights for tomorrow.

The David Tennant narrated Wild About Pandas which premieres on BBC Scotland on 1st February will also be shown on BBC Two all over the UK on Tuesday 7th February too.

The release date of David Tennant's movie The Decoy Bride is Thursday 2nd February in Hungary so that is before both the UK and the US.

The Metro reports that David Tennant's movie The Pirates! In An Adventure With Scientists will be slightly changed out of respect for leprosy sufferers.

Today was a media day for The Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists as lots of reporters interviewed Peter Lord and visited the Aardman Productions studio in Bristol to see some of the sets used in the making of the animation.

The official Decoy Bride Facebook page has the news that the movie's director Sheree Folkson will hold a Question and Answer session after the screening on 21st February at the Glasgow Film Festival.

The DVD of the David Tennant narrated Earthflight has been delayed to 26th March and the Blu-ray has been delayed until 16th April.

Today David Tennant was spotted filming in The British Library in London. Unfortunately none of the people who tweeted that they had seen him mentioned exactly what he was filming but somebody said that they thought it was something to do with Hamlet so it is most likely to have been for his television programme Prefaces To Shakespeare. Somebody else tweeted that part of the filming included him walking up some stairs.

The producer of The Decoy Bride, Douglas Rae, explained why they chose to show it at the Glasgow Film Festival as opposed to the Edinburgh festival in an article on Scotsman.com.

John Downer Productions have added a fourth preview clip for tonight's episode of Earthflight about South America. The clip is titled Skimmers fishing in the Llanos, Venezuela.

Michael MacLennan writing on the STV website includes David Tennant's movie The Decoy Bride in his list of Top Ten Movies at the Glasgow Film Festival. This is out of the 239 films which are being shown during the festival.

John Downer Productions have added three preview clips for tomorrow's episode of Earthflight about South America. The clips are titled Condor's Birds Eye View of the Andes, Condor Flight School and Scarlet Macaws Feed on Clay Licks. All of them feature David Tennant's narration.

At 2.10am tonight (early tomorrow morning) Channel Four have a rare showing of the 2003 movie Bright Young Things in which David Tennant makes a brief appearance. It is also repeated on Channel Four + 1.

Digital Theatre have a 20% off offer this month on the download of David Tennant's production of Much Ado About Nothing when it is purchased with the download of the David Morrissey production of Macbeth from Liverpool. It was a year ago today that David Tennant and Catherine Tate announced on BBC Breakfast that they would be performing Much Ado About Nothing in the summer. The theatre website immediately crashed due to the thousands of people trying to get tickets!

It is NOT confirmed but DNA Music says that filming starts on the movie Emotional Rescue in February. Please remember that David Tennant has not been officially confirmed for this movie.
