As it is private property (and heavily guarded!) there were no fan reports so it is not known whether or not David Tennant was filming today.

The BBC Doctor Who website has announced that Jemma Redgrave will be returning to Doctor Who for the show’s fiftieth anniversary special. She previously appeared in 2012 playing the daughter of Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart (who was head of UNIT).
Today filming on the 50th anniversary episode was at the Tower Of London (where UNIT was based) and both Jemma Redgrave and Jenna-Louise Coleman were seen on set.
Neither David Tennant or Matt Smith were seen on set but it is possible that filming continued after the Tower was closed to the public.
